- Comment: The tech was early to on-time. He was very knowledgeable of my furnace. He found the problem within a 15 minutes and then explained the issue in way that I could understand. Since I have 30 year old furnace, he had to go out to get the parts to fix it. He was back in shortly (quicker than I expected). Within an hour he had the furnace up and running. Very professional and would call them again. Thank you Shaun, I'll be staying warm with the negative temperatures we going to have outside. (Rudy)
