Your Technician, Matt Gibson was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and knew what was needed to be replaced. The repair was successful. Matt should be a real asset to your organization. He was very personable and we discussed mutual interests. We laughed and joked and he made the experience comfortable. If and when I need repairs in the future, I will definitely call your company and ask for Matt to arrive. Thank you for sending Matt and your quick response. You can use me as a reference.
