- Comment: Caleb was my tech and I was so very impressed with him. I did business with Peters for around 40 years and then they became Choice Comfort. Not only are they very knowledgeable, but considerate, prompt, trustworthy, and give excellent customer service. I recommend them and will continue to use them. They also put in my water heater and worked on my gas fireplace. They do it all. I wish all the business people we had to deal with were like Choice Comfort.
