- Comment: I was not home for this appointment. My mom met the technician and was there while he serviced the furnace. Mom said Jacob was awesome! She told me I would have loved him. If mom said it, it must be true! Mom told me he vacuumed, cleaned up a whole bunch of stink bugs he found, and even installed the filter I had previously purchased! Shortly after his visit I received an email with his service notes. Given all this I would not hesitate in using Choice Comfort Services again, and would request Jacob.
