- Comment: Open 24 hours, our heater stopped working and we have 2 babies under 3 at our home. I called around 6 am in a bit of a panic and they had a tech out by 9 am. Prompt and friendly service, the phone calls were professional, and the tech was very thorough with his inspection. We were very worried about having to replace the heater but he was able to simply clean up a sensor and get everything back on track. They'll be the first ones we call if there is an issue again.
