I called about a frozen spigot and a water leak in the house and I had a man at my house within 15 minutes of the first call. They set the appointment time for 10am a couple of days later (my earliest) and David was here at 10:01am..he went right to work fixing the problem (he put an access panel in an outside wall and repaired the leak. Everything was nice and clean when he was done. It took about 30 minutes. Will definately use them again! -
