Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Called my former regular HVAC contact. They refused to work on a furnace they did not install. Called Choice Comfort. They scheduled an appointment same day!. Tech called 30 minutes ahead of time. Arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. Had replacement part on truck, installed and fixed within 1 hour. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. And, Tech answered some additional questions on other units in my home. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended. -
